Message	USPS is the only one that charges for a tracking number that I know of. If sent USPS, only the following have tracking numbers (and require additional fees for using these services): - Certified Mail - Delivery Confirmation - Signature Confirmation - Express Mail - Global Express Mail - Registered Mail - Global Express Guarantee UPS and FedEx automatically generate a tracking number and doesn't incur an extra fee.
